WinBack Leads ("we," "us," "our") is a database reactivation service operated by Hayden Smith, based in McKinney, Texas. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.
We collect business contact information provided directly by our clients, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and service history of their past customers. This data is provided to us by the HVAC and plumbing companies we work with and is used solely for the purpose of running reactivation campaigns on their behalf.
From visitors to this website, we may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Client customer data is used exclusively to send SMS and email reactivation campaigns on behalf of our clients. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. We do not use client customer data for our own marketing purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect the data entrusted to us, including encrypted storage and secure access controls. Access to client data is limited to authorized personnel only.
All SMS and email messages sent through our campaigns include clear opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply STOP to any SMS to opt out immediately. We honor all opt-out requests without delay and maintain opt-out records as required by law.
We retain client customer data only for the duration of our service relationship with the client, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes. Upon termination of services, client data is deleted within 30 days upon request.

WinBack Leads provides database reactivation services, including SMS and email campaign management, to HVAC and plumbing companies. Our services involve cleaning, segmenting, and messaging a client's past customer database to generate booked appointments.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a prior business relationship with the contacts provided to us and that they have the right to authorize communications to those contacts. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date customer data.
We send messages only to contacts with whom the client has an existing business relationship. All messages include opt-out instructions as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. We process opt-out requests immediately.
Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement between WinBack Leads and each client. We offer performance-based and monthly retainer pricing models.
WinBack Leads is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by clients, the responsiveness of the client's past customers, or the client's ability to convert booked appointments into revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. No long-term contracts are required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
